We have had it for less than a year with no issues. Easy to install and the system tells you when the battery is low and needs to be replaced. We setup several pin codes for individual use and easy to identify who came in. We also use fingerprint access fast access to get in. The door tells you if the wrong code was entered, and you get a key as an access option. I love it it’s a secure option for doors.

Wow! This is a wonderful intelligent doorbell lock! I have to buy it because I accidentally lock my door behind me and couldn’t enter in anymore! This doorbell was really a great solution ! I open and close my door easily with no fear of being locked out ! It’s really amazing! My own has a handle though! It works so great! My children also are enjoying it. I don’t have to open the door to them when they come in, because they open the door bell with their fingerprints! They really enjoy it!

I ordered the SP-US23 ULTRA and my family and I absolutely love it. Once installed, it’s user friendly and reliable. What I like most about the lock is it’s easy access without keys. It’s easy and secure access provides my family and I peace of mind. I love it, we love it, and I know you will too.
